Thyme And Grape Jelly

Ingredients
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grape juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dried thyme 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Liquid pectin 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Pour boiling water over thyme, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Strain through a fine cheesecloth.
Add enough water to make 1/2 cup.
Add grape juice and sugar and heat to boiling.
Add pectin, stirring constantly.
Boil hard for 1/2 minute.
Remove from heat, skim and pour into glasses.
Seal with paraffin.
