Savory Jelly

Ingredients
  Summer savory 2 Tablespoon
  Grapefruit juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green coloring 1 Teaspoon
  Liquid pectin 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine savory and water, cover and let stand 15 minutes.
Strain through fine cheesecloth.
Add water to make 1/2 cup.
Combine with grapefruit juice and sugar.
Heat to boiling and add just enough coloring to tint a light green.
Mix thoroughly.
Add pectin, stirring constantly.
Heat to a full rolling boil and boil hard 1/2 minute.
Remove from heat, skim and pour into clean hot glasses.
Seal with paraffin.
