Horseradish Jelly Mold
|Lemon jelly powder||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Prepare jelly powder with boiling water according to package directions.
Chill until it reaches consistency of heavy syrup, stirring often (every 1/2 hour).
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into mould and chill until firm.
Serve with cold roast beef, perfect for a buffet supper.
