Old Fashioned Wine Jelly
|Granulated gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Sherry/Madeira wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Soak the gelatin in the cold water until soft.
Dissolve in the boiling water, add the sugar and other ingredients.
Pour into molds that have been rinsed in cold water
