|Green peppers||3 Medium, seeded and coarsely chopped|
|Jalapeno peppers||2 , seeded and coarsely chopped (2 Inch Each)|
|White distilled vinegar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||6 1⁄2 Cup (104 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Liquid fruit pectin||6 Ounce (Certo)|
Combine peppers in fo'od processor or blender and puree.
Add 1 cup vinegar and blend thoroughly.
Transfer to large deep saucepan and add remaining vinegar, sugar and cayenne, blending well.
Bring to full rolling boil, stirring frequently.
Stir in pectin and continue boiling 1 minute longer, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and skim off foam.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
