Honey Jelly

Ingredients
  Honey 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Homemade pectin 1 Pint
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix honey and water in large kettle.
Bring to quick boil.
Add pectin, stirring constantly.
Again bring to full, rolling boil.
Lower heat and simmer gently until mixture thickens.
Pour into hot sterilized glasses.
Seal with paraffin and cap glasses.
