Strawberry Jelly Pudding is my husbands favorite pudding. He will happy gobble it down no matter when I serve it to him. Try this wonderful Strawberry Jelly Pudding recipe to find put why it is so addictive!
Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Fruit cocktail 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  China grass 5 Gram
  Strawberry 1 Teaspoon
  Red color 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 In a bowl, soak the china grass for one hour.

MAKING
2 In a pan, boil the water.
3 Add in the soaked china grass and stir until dissolved.
4 Remove from the heat.
5 Add in sugar, essence and color, mix well.
6 Strain well.
7 Pour into a jelly mould.
8 Allow it to set.

SERVING
9 Carefully unmould on a plate and arrange cocktail fruit all round it.
10 Serve with cream.
