Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Madeira wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until gelatin dissolves, stir in wine and vinegar.
Let mixture cool slightly.
