Low Calorie Orange Jelly
|Orange juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lime juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Sweetener||10 Drop (Liquid)|
|Mint leaves||6 , washed and finely chopped|
1 Mix together the juice with 1/2 the quantity of water. Keep aside.
2 Into the remaining water, add the gelatine. Leave to soften for a few minutes then pour into a heavy-bottomed pan and dissolve over low heat. You will need to put a tava (griddle) under the pan. Add to the juice.
3 Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into the mould to set. Refrigerate
