|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Pick over and wash cranberries, removing any stems.
Put cranberries in saucepan.
Add water, and cover.
Cook until cranberries stop popping and are very soft.
Press through sieve.
Add sugar, and stir until sugar in dissolved.
Return to medium heat, and cook 5 minutes.
Pour into 5 small jelly glasses, and chill.
Serve with poultry.
