Cranberry Wine Jelly
|Cranberry juice cocktail||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Red port wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Liquid pectin||6 Ounce|
Combine cranberry juice cocktail, sugar and spices in large kettle; mix well.
Bring to a rolling boil; boil for 1 minute,stirring constantly.
Stir in wine and pectin; boil for 1 minute.
Skim; pour into hot sterilized jelly glasses.
Seal with paraffin.
