|Orange juice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Pineapple||2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed|
|Sugar||10 Cup (160 tbs)|
|Powdered pectin||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Boil carrots with orange juice until soft; add pineapple.
Pour half the mixture into large kettle.
Add 5 cups sugar; bring to a rolling boil.
Boil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup pectin; bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat; skim.
Pour into sterilized jars; seal with paraffin.
