Almond Jelly With Fresh Oranges

Ingredients
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Water 10 Fluid Ounce (300 Milliliter)
  Milk 10 Fluid Ounce (300 Milliliter)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Almond extract 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh orange juice 10 Fluid Ounce (300 Milliliter)
  Oranges 2
Directions

MAKING
1 In a small bowl, put the gelatine.
2 Pour in half the water to dissolve the gelatine.
3 In a small pot, bring the remaining water to a boil.
4 Pour the hot water into the gelatine.
5 Stir until the gelatine has completely dissolved.
6 In a large bowl, combine the dissolved gelatine with the milk, sugar and almond extract.
7 In a pyrex dish or square baking tin about 7inches (18cm) square and 1 1/2 inches (3-5cm) deep, transfer the mixture.
8 Place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until completely set.
9 Peel the oranges, removing all the white pith.
10 Separate them into segments.
11 Cut the prepared almond jelly into 1 inch (2-5cm) cubes.
12 Into individual bowls, put some orange segments
13 Add some almond jelly cubes.
14 Pour a little orange juice over each portion.

SERVING
15 Serve immediately.
