This Fruit in Wine Jelly is something everyone will enjoy having on their dining table. Here's is a much simpler recipe for you to try your own homemade Fruit in Wine Jelly.
Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 3 Tablespoon
  Cold water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  White table wine 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Navel oranges 2 Large
  Halved and seeded red grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pears 2
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add sugar, salt and boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add lemon juice and wine and chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg'whites.
Peel oranges, remove all membrane and section.
Prepare grapes.
Peel and core pears and cut into sections.
Fold in fruit and pour into a 1 1/2- quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on salad greens.
