Christmas Jelly Salad
|Lime jelly powder||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crushed canned pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs), well drained|
|Pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs), heated|
|Unflavored gelatin||1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package, White Variety)|
|Red jelly powder||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1 To prepare the first layer: Slightly grease a bowl, add hot water and dissolve lime jelly in it.
2 Stir in the crushed pineapple and allow to set partially.
3 For the second layer: In a bowl, dissolve unflavored as per the package directions.
4 Add in the heated pineapple juice along with cheese and beat well until cheese is blended.
5 Allow to chill.
6 For the third layer: In a bowl, mix red jelly powder with boiling water and ice cubes.
7 Allow to chill until partially set.
8 In a dish, spoon the first layer, araange the second layer on top and finally spoon over the third layer.
10 Serve chilled.
