Milk Jelly

Ingredients
  Creamy milk 1 1⁄2 Pint
  Lemon 1 , rind pared
  Gelatin 3 Tablespoon, soaked in 1 pint water
  Cream 1⁄4 Pint
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Rinse jelly moulds in cold water.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, add lemon rind and milk and heat and allow to infuse for 7-10 minutes.
3) In a bowl, add water and soak gelatin for 2-3 minutes to soften.
4) Mix into the milk and stir till dissolved.
5) Strain the mix and put into jelly moulds and set.

SERVING
6) Garnish and serve.
