|Creamy milk||1 1⁄2 Pint|
|Lemon||1 , rind pared|
|Gelatin||3 Tablespoon, soaked in 1 pint water|
1) Rinse jelly moulds in cold water.
2) In a saucepan, add lemon rind and milk and heat and allow to infuse for 7-10 minutes.
3) In a bowl, add water and soak gelatin for 2-3 minutes to soften.
4) Mix into the milk and stir till dissolved.
5) Strain the mix and put into jelly moulds and set.
6) Garnish and serve.
