  Grass jelly/Almond jelly 1 Pound (500 g)
  Longans 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

MAKING
1. Cut the grass jelly into small cubes and chill
OR
2. Prepare the almond jelly according to the pack instructions and then set aside to chill
3. Chill the longans and mix them with the cubed jelly in the syrup.

SERVING
4. Serve cold
