Cheese And Jelly Omelette
|Eggs||4 , the yolks separated from the whites|
|Cheese||3 1⁄2 Ounce, cut into cubes|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Guava jelly/Other fruit jelly||1 Tablespoon|
1.Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2.On low flame, heat the mixture of cheese cubes and milk by stirring until the chesse melts.
3.Once done, turn off the flame and allow the mixture to cool for a while.
4.Whisk egg yolks by adding milk.
5.Transfer the yolks to the milk mixture.
6.Whisk the egg whites so that they get stiff.
7.Gently put the whites in the milk mixture by creating a space in the center and blend well.
8.Take a medium sized ovenproof skillet, heat butter in it.
9.Put the egg mixture and cook on low flame for 5 minutes until the egg gets firm.
10.Bake the omelet for 15 minutes.
11.Once done, transfer it to a heated serving dish.
12.Spread Jelly on it and flod the omelet.
13.Once folded, top the omelet with more jelly.
