Ingredients
  Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce, drained, reserving juice (1 Can)
  Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce, drain, reserving juice (1 Can)
  Lime gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Package cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Add enough water to reserved juice to make 2 cups.
Bring to a boil; remove from heat and add lime gelatin, stirring to dissolve.
Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken.
Fold in pineapple; pour into an oiled 7-cup ring mold.
Refrigerate until almost firm.
Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water.
Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken.
Blend in cream cheese and beat until light and fluffy.
Fold in whipped cream; pour over lime layer.
Refrigerate until firm.
Unmold and garnish with greens and assorted fruits.
Makes 8 servings.
