Orange Jelly With Raspberries

Ingredients
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 6 Fluid Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon (Leveled), powdered
  Raspberries 1⁄2 Pound, frozen
  Egg whites 2
  Caster sugar 1 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1. Add water to the orange juice and bring it up to a pint
2. Take two tablespoons of this juice in a small basin, sprinkle some gelatine to it and place the basin in a saucepan with water, heating the water till the gelatin dissolves
3. Allow the mixture to cool and then add the remaining orange juice to it too
4. To this jelly, add the raspberries and leave till it is about to set
5. Whisk the egg whites until they turn stiff, add the sugar slowly and whisk again; add this to the jelly
6. Pour into a glass dish or individual glasses and allow to set

SERVING
7. Serve as appropriate
