|Champagne||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Certo||1⁄2 Bottle (0.5 l)|
Mix wine and sugar on top of double boiler.
Place over rapidly boiling water and stir until sugar is dissolved (about 2 minutes).
Remove from heat at once and stir in Certo.
Pour quickly into glasses and cover with wax.
