Melon And Orange Jelly

Ingredients
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 6 Fluid Ounce (Can)
  Water 3 Tablespoon (Or Use As Needed)
  Powdered gelatin 4 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Frozen melon balls 1 Pound, thawed
Directions

MAKING
1. Add water to the orange juice and make it up to one pint
2. In a small bowl, add three tablespoons of orange juice and sprinkle gelatin over it
3. Place this bowl in a larger dish or saucepan with hot water and warm it slighly till the gelatin dissolves; add this to the rest of the orange juice
4. To the jelly, add eight ounces of chopped melon balls and pour the jelly into a two pint ring mould and allow it to set

SERVING
5. Turn it out on a flat plate or serving dish and decorate with the rest of the melon balls in the centre before serving
