|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Granulated gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) In a small bowl, soak the gelatine in 2 tablespoons of cold water.
2) In a saucepan, boil water and sugar for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in the gelatine mixed water into it. Keep stirring continually. Finally add in the lemon juice.
3) Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the mixture into molds of your choice. The molds must have been dipped in cold water first.
4)Chill the jelly and serve as you please.
Fruits can be molded into the jelly. To do that, first add the fruits into the mold and then pour in the jelly. Chill and serve.
