Cherries In Currant Jelly

|Currant juice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sugar||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Pitted sour cherries||1 Quart, stemmed (Red Variety)|
Bring currant juice to a quick boil.
Add sugar and bring back to the boiling point; skim.
Add cherries and cook slowly for 15 minutes.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
