Cherries In Currant Jelly

Ingredients
  Currant juice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Pitted sour cherries 1 Quart, stemmed (Red Variety)
Directions

Bring currant juice to a quick boil.
Add sugar and bring back to the boiling point; skim.
Add cherries and cook slowly for 15 minutes.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
