|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Hot coffee||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Sweetened whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In medium bowl, combine gelatin, sugar and salt.
Add 1/2 cup cold water and the hot coffee; stir thoroughly until gelatin and sugar dissolve.
Stir in lemon juice.
Leave in bowl; or pour into 4 individual molds.
Refrigerate until set.
Top with sweetened whipped cream.
