Banana Jelly Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon jelly/Orange flavored jelly 1 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Ripe bananas 2
  Lettuce leaves 8
  Yogurt/Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Banana slices/Fruit 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Mix jelly according to packet instructions.
Chill until slightly set and place half in a 1 pint mould.
Peel bananas, slice and arrange on top of jelly.
Cover with remaining jelly.
Chill until firm.
Unmould on to a lettuce-lined dish; top with yoghourt or mayonnaise and garnish with slices of banana dipped in lemon (or other fruit juice).
