Banana Jelly Salad
|Lemon jelly/Orange flavored jelly||1 Ounce (1 Packet)|
|Banana slices/Fruit||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Mix jelly according to packet instructions.
Chill until slightly set and place half in a 1 pint mould.
Peel bananas, slice and arrange on top of jelly.
Cover with remaining jelly.
Chill until firm.
Unmould on to a lettuce-lined dish; top with yoghourt or mayonnaise and garnish with slices of banana dipped in lemon (or other fruit juice).
