Ingredients
  Warm water 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 4 Teaspoon
  Diabetic squash 6 Tablespoon (Lemon, Orange Or Lime)
  Grated lemon rind/Orange / lime rind 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat half the water in a small pan.
Sprinkle in gelatine and set aside for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally till gelatine dissolves.
Mix in remaining water, squash and grated rind.
Pour into 6 wine glasses or individual dessert bowls and refrigerate till set.
