|Unflavored gelatin||4 Teaspoon|
|Diabetic squash||6 Tablespoon (Lemon, Orange Or Lime)|
|Grated lemon rind/Orange / lime rind||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
Heat half the water in a small pan.
Sprinkle in gelatine and set aside for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally till gelatine dissolves.
Mix in remaining water, squash and grated rind.
Pour into 6 wine glasses or individual dessert bowls and refrigerate till set.
