|Water||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon jelly powder||1 Ounce (1 Packet)|
|Medium sherry||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Bring water, sugar, cloves, and cinnamon sticks to boil.
Simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Place lemon jelly powder, gelatine, sherry and lemon juice in a bowl.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Pour boiling syrup over gelatine mixture and stir well until it is thoroughly dissolved and mixed.
Refrigerate until set.
Serve with cream or ice-cream, and fruit of your own choice.
