Ingredients
  Honey 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine lemon juice and honey.
Bring to full rolling boil.
Add pectin, stir and boil for two minutes longer.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal with paraffin.
