|Cranberries||12 Ounce, washed and drained (1 Bag)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cinnamon sticks||2 (2 Inch Each)|
1. Combine cranberries and 1/4 cup water in 2-quart casserole. Cook, covered, on Full Power for 5 to 7 minutes, or until cranberry skins open. Stir halfway through cooking time. Strain or put cranberries through food mill. Return to casserole.
2. Add sugar, 11/3 cups water, and spices. Blend well. Cook on Full Power for 1 1/2 to I6 1/2 minutes, or until jellying point is reached. Stir once or twice during cooking time to prevent boiling over. Remove spices. Chill until firm.
