Cranberry Apple Jelly
|Cranberry apple drink||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Powdered fruit pectin||2 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Paraffin||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
In large kettle, combine cranberry-apple drink and pectin.
Cook and stir to boiling.
Stir in sugar immediately.
Bring to full rolling boil; boil hard 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
Skim off foam.
Pour into hot scalded jars.
Seal with paraffin.
