|Cranapple juice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Powdered fruit pectin||1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Combine juice and pectin in 3-quart glass bowl.
Cook, covered, on HI (max. power) 11 to 13 minutes, or until mixture boils.
Stir once during cooking.
Stir in sugar.
Cook, uncovered, on HI (max. power) 10 to 12 minutes, or until mixture boils hard for at least 1 minute.
Skim off any foam with metal spoon.
Pour into hot sterilized glasses or jars and seal.
