Sparkling Grape Jelly

Ingredients
  Sugar 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Frozen grape juice concentrate 12 Ounce, thawed (2 Cans, 6 Ounces Each)
  Lemon lime carbonated beverage 14 Ounce (2 Bottles, 7 Ounce Each)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fruit pectin 1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Wash seven 8-ounce jelly glasses in hot soapy water.
Rinse and invert on folded towel to drain.
Stir together sugar and grape juice concentrate in large bowl.
Add lemon-lime carbonated beverage and stir well.
Heat water and pectin to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir 1 minute.
Blend hot pectin liquid ' into grape juice mixture; stir 3 minutes.
Fill glasses .
Cover each glass with lid or aluminum foil.
Let jelly stand at room temperature 24 hours.
Place in refrigerator or, if jelly will not be used within 3 weeks, store in freezer.
