Sparkling Grape Jelly
|Sugar||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Frozen grape juice concentrate||12 Ounce, thawed (2 Cans, 6 Ounces Each)|
|Lemon lime carbonated beverage||14 Ounce (2 Bottles, 7 Ounce Each)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Fruit pectin||1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
Wash seven 8-ounce jelly glasses in hot soapy water.
Rinse and invert on folded towel to drain.
Stir together sugar and grape juice concentrate in large bowl.
Add lemon-lime carbonated beverage and stir well.
Heat water and pectin to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir 1 minute.
Blend hot pectin liquid ' into grape juice mixture; stir 3 minutes.
Fill glasses .
Cover each glass with lid or aluminum foil.
Let jelly stand at room temperature 24 hours.
Place in refrigerator or, if jelly will not be used within 3 weeks, store in freezer.
