Orange Grapefruit Jelly
|Sugar||3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All spice||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Liquid pectin||6 Ounce (1/2 Bottle)|
|Frozen orange juice concentrated||6 Ounce, frozen (1 Can)|
Prepare jelly glasses .
In large kettle, stir together sugar and water until sugar is dissolved.
Tie allspice in double-thickness square of cheesecloth; place in sugar-water solution.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Add lemon juice and boil 1 minute.
Remove kettle from heat.
Remove spice bag.
Immediately stir in pectin and orange-grape fruit concentrate.
Fill glasses and seal and store
