Jalapeno Pepper Jelly

Ingredients
  Seeded chopped green bell pepper 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Seeded chopped jalapeno peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh)
  Apple cider vinegar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Certo 3 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Green food coloring 8 Drop
Directions

Blend green peppers and 1/2 cup vinegar in blender.
Add sugar and remainder of vinegar.
Bring to a boil.
When you can't stir down the boil, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Skim, then add Certo and coloring.
Stir until liquid starts to thicken; pour into sterilized jars.
