Jalapeno Pepper Jelly
|Seeded chopped green bell pepper||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Seeded chopped jalapeno peppers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Apple cider vinegar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Certo||3 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Green food coloring||8 Drop|
Blend green peppers and 1/2 cup vinegar in blender.
Add sugar and remainder of vinegar.
Bring to a boil.
When you can't stir down the boil, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Skim, then add Certo and coloring.
Stir until liquid starts to thicken; pour into sterilized jars.
