Double Berry Apple Jelly
|Cranberry raspberry juice||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Bottled One)|
|Apple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bottled One)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Powdered pectin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Combine cranraspberry juice, apple juice, lemon juice and pectin in a large sauce pot.
Stir over medium-high heat until pectin dissolves and mixture comes to a rolling boil.
Stir in sugar and return to a rolling boil.
Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Skim foam if necessary.
Pour hot into hot, sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
