|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon (2 Packages)|
|Unsweetened apple juice||1 Quart|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Liquid artificial sweetener||2 Tablespoon|
|Food coloring||1 Drop|
In a saucepan, soften gelatin in apple juice and lemon juice.
Bring to a rolling boil, dissolving gelatin; boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in liquid artificial sweetener and food coloring.
Pour hot into hot jars.
Store in refrigerator up to three weeks.
