Plum Jelly

Ingredients
  Juice 5 1⁄2 Cup (88 tbs) (Prepared)
  Powdered pectin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 7 1⁄2 Cup (120 tbs)
Directions

Combine juice and pectin in a large sauce pot.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Add sugar.
Return to a rolling boil; boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Skim foam if necessary.
Pour hot into hot, sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.

Can you use splenda instead of sugar for this recipe?

Yes, you can use splenda. Use 3 3/4 cup (16 tbs) of Splenda sugar blend to replace the normal sugar.
