Wild Violet Jelly

Ingredients
  Wild violet blossoms 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Powdered pectin 1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Pour water over blossoms, cover and let set 24 hours.
Strain liquid; discard spent blossoms.
Add lemon juice and pectin.
Bring to boil.
Add sugar and boil hard 1 1/2 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jelly glasses.
Seal with paraffin.
