Thimbleberry And Gooseberry Jelly

  Thimbleberries 2 Quart
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Gooseberries 1 Quart
  Sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Powdered pectin 3⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Of 1.75 Ounce Package)

Stew thimbleberries with 1/4 cup water 12 minutes.
Stew gooseberries with 1/4 cup water 12 minutes.
Place fruits in jelly bag and strain juice.
Add sugar to juice and simmer to 220°F.
Add pectin and boil hard 1 minute.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
