Sandwiches With Roast Meat And Wine Jelly
|Semi dry white wine/Madeira||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Freshly ground white pepper||1 Pinch (1 Generous Pinch)|
|Seedless rye bread slice||4|
|Softened butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Pork roast slice/Cold roast veal slice||12 Ounce, cold (4 Slices)|
Sprinkle the gelatin into a little water.
Let it stand for 1 minute.
Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil.
Add the gelatin to the hot water and stir until dissolved; then slowly stir the gelatin water into the wine.
Season the liquid with the salt, pepper, and sugar.
Pour into a shallow bowl and allow to gel in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Lightly butter the bread and top each slice with one piece of roast meat.
Finely dice the jelly and carefully heap it onto the meat.
Garnish with parsley.
