Pour boiling water over savory in small bowl.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Strain through cheese cloth into a glass measuring cup.
Add more water, if needed, to make 1/2 cup.
Combine savory water, grapefruit juice and pectin in 2-quart bowl.
Microwave, uncovered, 5 to 7 minutes on high, or until mixture boils.
Tint light green with food color.
Stir in sugar.
Microwave 7 to 9 minutes on medium or until slightly thickened, stirring once to dissolve sugar.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
