Peanut Butter And Jelly Cake-Wiches
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cold milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Pudding and pie filling||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package, Jell-O Brand, 4 Serving Size, Vanilla Or Butterscotch Flavor)|
|Jelly/Preserves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pound cake loaf||12 Ounce, cut into 16 slices|
|Chocolate drizzle||1 Tablespoon|
STIR peanut butter in small bowl until smooth.
Gradually stir in milk.
Add pudding mix.
Beat with wire whisk or at low speed of electric mixer until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Chill 15 minutes.
SPREAD jelly thinly over 1/2 of the cake slices.
Spread remaining cake slices with pudding mixture.
Prepare sandwiches with cake slices.
Cut into shapes; decorate with Chocolate Drizzle.
