Orange Wine Jelly

  White wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Orange peel 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whipped cream 1 Tablespoon

Measure wine and juice together, and if necessary, add water to provide 2 cups of liquid.
Stir in peels and sugar, and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Dissolve gelatin in water, and stir into hot liquid.
Turn into glass dish, and chill.
