White Grape Jelly
|White grape juice||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Jelling mix||1 Teaspoon (Slim Set)|
In a saucepan, bring the juice to the boil; simmer until juice is reduced to 1 cup (250 mL).
Remove from heat and add the jelling mix.
Stir with a wire whisk to dissolve.
Return to heat and boil for a minute.
Pour in a serving dish or clean jar.
