Spicy Beef Jelly

Just an experiment, but it resulted delicious!
Ingredients
  Beef tendon 700 Gram
  Beef chunks 500 Gram
  Water 400 Milliliter
  Tomato sauce 350 Gram
  Minced ginger 25 Gram
  Minced onion 1⁄2
  Green onion stalk 5 , chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Broth cube 1 (Vegetable Flavor)
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1 Pinch
  Laurel leaves/Bay leaves 2
Directions

Heat a large saucepan and add the extra virgin olive oil, saute the onion, garlic and ginger until golden brown. Add the beef chunks, salt, ground pepper, broth cube and roast the meat for 2min stirring continuously and then add water and simmer until meat is tender and the sauce has reduced (add more water during the cooking if necessary). Add tomato sauce, bay leaves and beef tendon and then simmer for additional 20min, just before serving, add the green onions.

Hey Peachy24, I have seen almost all of your recipe videos. you have shown recipes very clear step by step. Mehod used to prepare most of the dishes is braised which is very healthy. That is the reason i look for your recipes. Keep on posting your recipe videos.:)
