Grapefruit Grape Jelly
|Grapefruit juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|White grape juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Granulated fructose||2 Teaspoon|
|Jelling mix||4 Teaspoon (Slim Set)|
Combine the juices and fructose in a saucepan.
Simmer for 5 minutes; remove pan from heat.
Add the jelling mix and stir to dissolve.
Return to heat and bring to the boil; boil for a minute.
Pour into a serving dish or clean jar and allow to set.
