Golden Jelly

Ingredients
  Gelatin 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Hot water 1 Pint
  Golden syrup 6 Ounce
  Lemon rind 2 Tablespoon, finely grated
Directions

Dissolve the gelatine in the hot water.
Add the syrup and lemon rind and stir until the syrup is dissolved.
Add the lemon juice and pour into a mould to set.
