Jelly Omelette

Jelly Omelette has a unique taste. Jelly Omelette gets its taste from jam filling in omelette dusted with icing sugar. Jelly Omelette is loved by kids around the world.
Ingredients
  Eggs 3 Large
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Sugar 1 Ounce
  Vanilla essence/Cherry 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brandy hot jam/Jelly 1 Tablespoon
  Icing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar/Caster sugar 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Separate the eggs.
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar together.
Add the essence, then fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Heat the butter in an omelette pan and pour in the egg mixture.
Cook steadily until set on the bottom then put under a medium grill to cook the top.
Fill with the jam or jelly.
Fold and serve at once, dusted with icing sugar or castor sugar.
