Concord Grape Jelly

  Concord grapes 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Apple 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Combine grapes, apples, and water in 4 quart glass dish; cover.
Cook in Radarange oven 15 to 20 minutes or until fruit is tender.
Stir every 5 minutes.
Strain juice, using several thicknesses of cheesecloth or jelly bag.
Measure juice, return to oven.
Bring to boil (about 10 minutes), add sugar, using 3/4 to 1 cup sugar to each cup of juice.
Stir well.
Cook about 30 minutes, stirring at 5 minute intervals.
With candy thermometer test temperature; should read 220° when removed.
Ladle into sterilized glasses.
Paraffin at once.
Adjust covers when cool, and attach labels.
Fills 3 to 5 6 ounce jelly glasses, depending on quantity of juice produced.
